Graphenglass is an innovative project in constant evolution, transferring the high performance of graphene to known materials

The company's research is focused in graphene development to meet modern requirements for industrial production applications. We have developed a pioneering, patent-pending, new technology that uses nanoengineering technology to produce graphene-inside materials or compacted graphene-based materials.

Gg1 is the first Graphenglass material, it is a compact graphene that improves performance for relevant properties such as surface hydrophobicity, flame-retardant, colour consistence for outdoor exposition, mechanical strength, or stopping microorganisms from spreading, which makes it a material suitable for use in extreme environments.

The Graphenglass new material compound enables greater freedom in design through organic and volumetric forms to develop innovative solutions, overcoming numerous industrial constraints typical of other materials. Initially in a liquid state, the compact graphene acquires its solid form through an advanced plasmation molding process.

Solar protection in buildings

Focused on state-of-the-art architecture, this innovation is versatile and adaptable solution for new constructions or for building rehabilitation. Glaphenglass Architectural series are a modular solution that recovers latticework in facade, to meet the need to improve energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings.

Organic

Nature inspired, the component assembly achieves continuity from the continuous surface curvature, adapting to project design with straight and curved parts easily.

Wind

Horizontal or vertical solar protection solution with an aerodynamic design, projected to meet the specific needs for a range of building projects.

Ambient
Light-infused divider

Graphenglass Ambient series are the coalescence of sculptural talent and modern technology. With their intertwining shapes it develops installations of modular light-infused space dividers.

Organic

Latticework is the shape-shifter of architecture. If walls are solid, windows transparent and doorways are void, then this modular solution is somewhere in between.

Twist

Modular sculptures featuring infinite continuous surfaces, interior design usage as room dividers and light-perforated walls.

Glaphenglass series are a modular solution that reinvents latticework. Its function are for solar protection of buildings or as a space divider. However it can also leave a stamp of personality, through the attributes of compact graphene, dressing building or spaces decoration, with elegance and style.

Graphenglass is the spearhead of a research project open to collaboration to apply new advanced materials based on graphene to different sectors.

Open Innovation

Open Innovation program give our research partners the opportunity to work in partnership with Graphenglass and have access to our graphene without cost, to take those ideas and interests into projects and finally products and applications.

Our Graphene

For the production of graphene from graphite we use Coutté-Taylor flow reactor to get graphene and compounds. Our productive capacity allows us to guarantee for our own consumption, Open Innovation supply and direct sale for consumers.

R+D

Relationships and collaborations with the industry, Research Centers or Academic Groups are central to the Graphenglass. Some of the world’s most influential Research Centers are working with Graphenglass on graphene applications as compacted materials, textile or super-hard alloy metal applications.

Team

Vicente Montesinos & Javier Heredia are the founder and executive team, together they have extensive experience in the enamel industry, ceramic sector and composites engineering. Additionally, Graphenglass partners net, including Clam Desarrollo, PONS IP, Alegre Design, Cuatroochenta, Blast Off Partners or Lelien are in charge of specialized areas.
